But before confirmation some more test should be done like serum globulin level, serum A/G ratio, SGPT, prothrombin time, platelet count, ELISA test for HAV, HBV and HCV infection. some liver diseases are more occur in childhood like Alfa1 antitrypsin deficiency, autoimmune hepatitis, Infective hepatitis, biliary atresia. As headache could occur in cases of liver disease due improper handling of waste product of body by diseased liver which can start accumulating in brain.
