Gastric Bypass Surgery Done. Urinalysis Shows High THC Levels. What Is The Absorption Level Of Marijuana?

I had gastric bypass surgery 7 years ago and maintained weight loss of 300 pounds. What is the absorption levels of marijuana as opposed to a person someone that has not had the surgery? Urinalysis showed high levels of THC from my contact with second hand marijuana smoke.
