Hello,

Best diagnostic test is histopathological examination (under microscope) of concerned tissue to confirm genital wart.

Treatment is simple excision under local anesthetic (highly effective). Others are liquid nitrogen cryosurgery, LEEP, laser ablation, imiquimod drug therapy, topical application ofpodophyllotoxin etc.

Kindly, consult with surgical oncologist for proper guidance with above treatment procedure. Good luck.
