Genital Warts In Urethra, ED, Premature Ejaculation. Partner Had Warts Removed, Had Unprotected Sex. Advice?

I believe I have genital warts in my urethra. I have slight discomfort when urinating. I also suffer from ED and premature ejaculation. When I am erect ( I am prescribed viagra) I notice and can feel bumps inside the main vein or I guess urethra. I have had warts removed in the past. I had a partner many years ago , maybe 20 years ago that had warts and I had sex with her without using a condom . She didn't tell me that she had warts removed earlier that week until after we had sex . Not long after, maybe a month , I started having trouble maintaining an erection. I had never had a problem with that before, and could last at least 20 to 30 minutes in bed . I am frustrated and tired of ejaculating so quickly now . It seemed to have caused an increased amount of sensitivity , and it has been a problem for years . I am sick of being cheated on or dumped because of performance. I am positive that something has been in my urethra for many years . I need help please

Hi
For sure, you have nothing wrong in urethra. you can confirm by consulting a urologist who will perform urethroscopy . Tour problem has started after you had unprotected sex with a woman with warts removed. It seems you fely cheated and developed anxiety and fear of contracting STD after that event. The present ED can be related with this event or may be other reasons like diabetes, hypertension or low testosterone. Please get yourself examined and investigated for these factors. 20 yrs is a long period to be related to present symptoms. this virus is present on skin in normal individuals also and develop symptoms if your immunity goes down . Please try some med for PME like SSRI
