Hi I'm a 39 yr old mother of four every now and then I get this patch of skin near to my nipple that goes numb ish lumpy sort of dimply and yellow ish . But it goes after a while then comes back I also get itchy stingy sensation in same breast not under arm bur at the side of my breast close to my arm pit . I'm a little worried bout this
