Get Intense Headaches Frequently. Is It Serious?

Hi,my name is Desiree and I have just a few questions that I wan t to ask you. I ve been getting really bad headaches/migraines very often for as long as I can remember. I don t know why and I guess I never really thought anything of it until my father said there can be something wrong with me. What should I think about this? Can it be something serious?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having frequent episodes of recurrent headache probably migraine in nature.
Migraine headache is one of the common types of primary headaches and it is completely curable by appropriate treatment.
The treatment in acute episode is by use of antiinflammatory drugs and recurrent episodes are prevented by use of prophylactic drugs like fluarizine.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
