Getting Bad Stomach Cramps, Browny Red Discharge, Having Protected Sex. What Is Going On?

I came of my period a week and a half ago and about 2 days ago I started getting really bad stomach cramps. The net day I started getting a browny discharge and it then turnt into a bright red colour. I ve been having in protected sex also. Do you have any advice or clue what s going on??
