Hello,
Since you are a diabetic and having BPH,there are chances that you may be having chronic bacterial PROSTATITIS.
There could be a possibility of kidney stones also.
What to do...
Get the culture of prostatic fluid obtained by prostatic massage and if cant get enough prostatic fluid, you can obtain urine after prostatic massage and get the urine culture and sensitivity done.
Go for ultrasound of abdomen
Control your sugar levels meticulously.
If chronic PROSTATITIS confirmed, then go for a prolonged antibiotic therapy for 4 to 8 weeks, because it becomes difficult for antibiotics to penetrate prostate tissue.
Keep taking your rest of medications.
Thanks
