Getting Dark Brown Clots. Pregnancy Test Negative. Is It Early Miscarriage?

hi I am 28 years old married,my first day of last menstrual period was 21 april 2013,we were in contact during my fertile days.After three weeks i felt slight symptoms of pregnancy(bloating ,lower abdominal pain,sore breast).
and now from the last three days m getting dark brown clots and only when i wipe.I took pregnancy test also but it came negative.Little worried is it early miscarriage?

Your concern is understandable.

Pregnancy tests can normally detect HCG , which is a hormone secreted during pregnancy from day 12 to 14 after conception.
If the pregnancy test was done after this time period then it is likely to be accurate though some tests can detect lower levels than others.If it was done before this time then it is possible that the levels were too low to be detected by the test.

The symptoms of miscarriage are abdominal cramping along with pv bleeding.

If you are worried about the possibility of a miscarriage you may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment which may include an ultrasound.
