Getting Headaches From Sniffing Of Nose, Instant Pain On The Side Of Head. Reason?

Hi, I've been sniffing and blowing my
Nose for about 4 years straight and getting headaches from the pressure and all of a sudden my sniff tonight made an instant sharp pain on the side of my head and got me all moving around and I can't sit still. Now what's causing my nose to be sniffing and blowing for 4 years and now the sudden sharp headaches? Worries and scared

You need a detailed ENT examination to find out the exact reason. It could be related to sinus or Eustachian tube dysfunction. Simple medications could help you get cured.

These issues mentioned above could also explain your headaches and dizziness.

For symptom relief, you could take ibuprofen for headache and betahistine for dizziness.

At present, there is no need to worry, as your symptoms do not suggest any serious problems.
