Getting Pimples With Blood Clot. Dot Pop But Becomes Blue And Scar Left. What To Do?

Hi there, I have lately been getting pimples, one almost every week maybe, with blood clot, I don't pop it but the pimples itself become blue and then scar later once pimples are gone so I am left with horrible scars. Sometimes I get three tiny pimples within the same bump. I have never experienced this kind of acne before. What is it? And what can I use to make it better? Is benzoyl preoxide good enough for it?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
As you are getting pus filled acne lesions. Please start oral azithromycin or doxycline. Apply clindamycin gel and benzoyl peroxide cream daily. Hopefuly in few weeks time, the lesions would not only heal but the recurrence would reduce too.
As these are prescription drugs, please consult a dermatologist prior to starting it.
Take care.
