Getting Sick, Dizziness, Dry Mouth. Dark Ring Around Red Bump On Hip . Suggestions?

For the past few months I have been getting sick non stop. I have dizzi spells a lot and I cant eat as much food as I could this time last year. I can only eat about one meal a day and maybe a snack here or there but that's it. I have dry mouth a lot and I just recently got this red bump on my hip. Its a slightly dark red spot ..completely dry and has a dark red ring around it.
