Getting Soft Tissue Puffiness On Right Upper Cheek. How To Cure This?

in the past 3 to 4 days my wife is getting a soft tissue puffiness on her right upper cheek. it s not hard like a pimple just soft like water is under her skin. it is red. not to red. if you look hard enough the left side looks like it may follow suit. any answers ???

Hi

Such Swellings over the face can point towards a diagnosis of cellulitis.
See this can present basically as red warm and painful areas in the skin.
There is usually associated fever too.
Since such swellings over the face are surely a cause of concern, I would advise you to see a doctor as soon as possible and start adequate treatment for the same.
Oral antibiotics are required and they have to be started as soon as possible so as to control the infection at the earliest.
