Giddiness, Headache, Burning Sensation In Eyes, Nausea, Stomach Upset, Tingling In Left Ear. Causes?

I am suffering from Giddiness and mild head ache. I feel like my head is heating up.Eyes are burning and feel very sleepy throughout the day. I have got vomiting sensation also (Very little). I also feel that my stomach is upset because i am having this unusual sensation inside stomach. I also have some tingling sensation in my left ear.Could you please suggest what problem i am suffering from ?

all these symptoms may be pre febrile. Viral infection can cause like this. Take paracetamol for headache and pain. You may get fever, dont worry.
