Going Forth And Back Feeling In Eyes, Feeling Like Spinning Around In Circles. Treatment?

The past couple of mornings I have woken up, I open my eyes, and they will not stop going back and forth rapidly making me very dizzy. The way I stop it is I concentrate on looking at one thing and it slows down them stops. Even if I close my eyes they are still moving. This started yesterday when I woke up and this morning when I woke up. It almost feels like I had been spinning around in circles. How do I fix this?

Hi, You are waking with movement of eyes back and forth and dizzy ness, on concentrating on a thing they stop moving.
The cause could be a side effect of anti emitic or centrally acting drugs, like antihistamines. it also may be due to hypertension.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis. Thank you.
