Good Morning, I Have Been Waking Up For Several Days

I have been waking up for several days these past 2 weeks around 2:30, after symptoms that my bladder is full but is alsot feels like SOB. I have facial puffiness that will subside eventually after I am up for 5 hours. Right now my tongue feels numb like Novocain on the right side.
I am a 60 year old white female. I have chronic pain. Mediations: Gabapentin 500mg QD, Baclophen 30mg per day. Colace. S/p Pelvic reconstruction (without mesh) at Stanford. Preop chest x-ray and lab normal. Recent chest x-ray normal. BP 136/73. I am flustered.
