Good Afternoon Dr. Rynne ,my Name Is Rob And I

Good afternoon Dr. Rynne ,my name is Rob and I have asthma. I have had a low grade respiratory infection for a couple of months, have three infected molars and just finished 6 days of amoxicillin. It is 3 days post and I am still in a permanent state of asthma and bronchiole tightness, relieved every 2-3 hours with nebulizing and an occasional puff of albuterol. I have been off symbicore since April, since I was laid off, no longer have insurance and cant afford $245/month. I notice that whenever I eat I get chest/lung tightness. I have no hx of family cardiac disease though I do have a piece of plaque in my lad, but not widespread. Sometimes the asthma tightness dissipates, but I usually hit the nebulizer for a minute just to get rid of it. This type of thing never occurred in the past. I am trying to get Medicaid so I can get this looked into further. Your opinions are appreciated. Have a great day and thank you. Sincerely, Rob
