Good Afternoon. I'm A Bit Confused. I Was Five Days

Good afternoon. I'm a bit confused. I was five days late for my period than finally got it which was extremely light and last 2.5 days. I am now lighted headed and feeling sick to my tummy which is affecting my everyday activities. Wiped myself today and got a stringy discharged that had a streak of blood in it. Took a hpt and it seemed to be negative. What's going on as I'm getting kinda scared my body is feeling correct
