Good Day Doctor I Am Having A Knot-like Feeling On

Good day doctor i am having a knot-like feeling on the left side of the stomach just underneath the left rib with. It causes me to have tight sensations on my my left chest with excessive belching, gurgling and gnawing movement in the stomach, strange body sensations and a lot of other symptoms. Plz would like to know if what causes such symptoms. Atimes finds it difficult to sleep at night. Haven't gone to see a doctor yet for diagnosis as i lack funding. Thanks.
