Good Evening, I Have Been Feeling Some Discomfort In My

Good evening,
I have been feeling some discomfort in my urethra since 3 days now, it is a the feeling of blockage and a small burning in my urethra and it is not only while urinating but along the day. This happened after I have a small accident during intercourse; while in and out my penis slid out and I twisted my penis against the outside part of my partner. It hurt at that time but then could get an erection few minutes later and could resume sexual activity. It was only the next day that I started having the feeling I described above. Could that be due to any swollen part in my penis putting pressure on my urethra? I would really appreciate and answer. Thank you
