Good evening:
I visited a natural doctor that did 3 tests to determine what supplements I need, based on the results on the hair, urine and saliva, he recommended Magnesium, 3 times a day 125 mg in the morning , double the doses at noon, and 3 tables of 125, mg plus boron and Molybdenum. which I do not know what is good for.
He said that I was losing a great deal of Calcium. ( I am 65 years old). However I exercise and have an active life.
Will the dosis of magnesium be good to take, what about boron (2mg ) 3 xs a day, and one dosis of 500 mcg of Molybdenum?
Thanks,
AGOP
