Good evening,
I was just in a car accident where my entire car was totaled 72 hours ago. I find myself extremely tired/lethargic and easily irritated. My neck is really stiff and my belly hurts when I pee but there is no bruising. I did go to the hospital when the accident occurred but they only took x-rays of my left knew and ankle due to major bruising. They didn't check anything else. Should I be concerned?
