Got A Bruise On Penis After Sex, Hurts Him. What May Be The Problem? Is There Any Medication?

Hi.. I had sex with my boyfriend last night with a condom on. But it was hurting both of us a lot so we stopped. I am fine now but my boyfriend has got a bruise on his penis and it hurts him. What may be the problem? Is there any medication to help him?

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained trivial injury to frenulum of penis due to dry ,forceful ,vigorous sex.

He needs to take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ask him to wash his genitals with warm water and apply topical antibiotic like Neosporin at the injured site.

Avoid sexual encounter till it heals up completely.
