Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum. Pain all over body as legs, thigh, are due to uncontrolled diabetes. Pain in shoulder joint and in the supply line of cervical nerve is due to cervical spondylosis . In my opinion exercises by a physiotherapist may help , but up to a certain extent in cervical spondylosis. Other option is consult one more neurosurgeon / neurophysician and get their opinion and deal accordingly. Hope I have answered your question. If further any question I will help. Get well soon.
