Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about these flu like symptoms and all the symptoms you have been experiencing lately. Pericarditis is not a rare complication of flu which manifest with chest pain and difficulties breathing alongside getting easily fatigued with minimal exercise. Your age also puts you at a greater risk for this. If this pain is relieved by leaning forward, then you may want to go in and get it checked for the possibility of pericarditis. However, trying a pain medication to relief your symptoms should be considered. This will also aid in relieving you of your headaches. My guess is that you are probably drinking more than usual at this time and for sure your level of physical activity has dropped. This makes urination the only significant way to get water out of the body resulting in abundant and very dilute(pale) urine. If this isn t the case, then I would suggest that you observe for another week and if it should persist, talk to your doctor about it. I hope this answers your query fully.
