Got Out Shower The Other Day And Got Water In

Got out shower the other day and got water in ear which is normal, but the pressure never released like normal. Thought maybe wax build up and bought ear wax removal kit and used. That didn't work either and was wondering what to try next or maybe go to minor emergency facility.
