Got Pain In Heart And Underwent Treatment. Feeling Heaviness, Started Walking. Taking Pantab, Glyciphage And Clopilet
I got pain in heart on 25th april and admitted in care hospital after tests underwent treatment at saaol.now iam alright but while walking after 10 to 15 minits iam feeling heaviness . after starting walking again I feel alright.I am taking 1.pantab d 2glyciphage sr 500 3.prolomet xl 25 4.storvas 5.clopilet.without oil I am taking food your advise pl.

The chest heaviness on walking after 10-15 minutes is likely anginal in origin. After rest you can walk for more distance; this is well known in anginal heart disease and is called "ischemic preconditioning".
You definitely need escalation of medical therapy and a review by good qualified cardiologist.

You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidity, even age or gender...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome...
If in the legs, it is claudication…
If in the chest, possibility of progression of the underlying Coronary Artery Disease has to ne evaluated….
See your cardiologist / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigation like stress ECG will be necessary...
The treating doctor alone can suggest based on his assessment of the situation.
