Got Period While Dry Humping, Spread Onto Partners Undergarments. Suffering From Ocd. HIV Positive?

Two years ago I met a guy and we dry humped we both had underwear on and we didn't realize I started my period and it got !l on his underwear and obviously mine. I am freaking out that I possibly got hiv from him. Is that even possible? I also have OCD very badly and it is hard for me to let things go and not worry. I keep thinking if he had precum it went thru underwear easier and I somehow got hiv.

Nobody will get HIV by dry hump.
If you got periods and it wet the underwear with blood in both of you, then he had to worry that whether he could get the infection through the menstrual blood even though the chances were very low.
There is no meaning for you to worry at all. His precum (very low viral concentration even in a HIV positive individual) could not be able to cross his underwear and yours, and there is no chance for it reach your genitals to infect you.
Just forget about these odd things.
