Got Periods Twice This Month. Having Sharp Periodic Pains In Pelvic Region. Possibility Of Pregnancy?

I got 2 periods this month. I got the first one from November 10th thru 16th and it was my regular period. Then I got my period again on the 21st and still on it. I am having periodic sharp pains in my pelvic region. I am not on birth control and the last time I had sex was the 30th of October. There is a possibility of pregnancy but when I had my son I didn't get a period, So I didn't think anything of it because I got a period until I got a second one.

Thanks for query on HCM.
There is no any chance of pregnancy because you had regular period after sex.
You have again bleeding, usually due to some hormonal disturbances.
It might be occurs sometime due to heavy work load, stress, anxiety, particular diet.
Get examined by gynecologist for better guidance and proper medical management.
