Got Pregnant, Aborted, Now Having Pain And Cramps During Periods, Urine Infection, Cyst In Ovary, Damaged Cervix. Suggest Cause And Cure?

well, I had gotten pregnant in july,2011, I got an abortion then, and I was fine after that but I felt a change when i got my periods, I started facing alot of pain and cramps during the time I had my period, this was someting I never faced before, after 2 months of that I got a urine infection and after running some tests the doctor told me that I had a cist in my ovary and there was nothing to worry about, but I should go for regular check ups, but i took it lightly, since the past 4 months I have been getting my period every 2 weeks for a period of 5 days and there was a lot of pain involved just like always, but i took it lightly, i went to the doctor some days back and she told me i was having an hormonal imbalance and also after checking me she found out my cervix was damaged, however she gave me steroids and told me it would be brought under control, but I was not willing to take steroids since ive heard its not good for health, I got my period on 11th april, and they are yet going on, i have lost 4 kgs, I have become very weak, get tired very fast, I have lost my appetite , and sometimes even throw up my food, with the fear of my parents getting to know anything, i try to put up an act of being alright, but all this has started to become unbearable and would really like it if you could give me some help on all this

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. After carefully analysing your history I feel you are having frequent and prolonged bleeding during menstruation, clinically known as POLYMENORRHAGIA. Its because of increased bleeding and painful menstruation I feel you are having weakness because of ANEMIA. Kindly consult a good OBGY specialist, treatment depends on your age, previous issues ...etc
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow-ups. If you like my answers kindly rate it, and write a review as well. Please do not forget to accept it.
Thank you,
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Arif
