Got Really Bad Heartburn,3days Ago At3 Am. ,havent In Days,no

Got really bad heartburn,3days ago at3 am. ,havent in days,no top teeth,can't really chew food,was so hungry, I just ate and ate so much ,then later rite down and pass ED out,, had drank 105 oz of beer before, so bad I can't do anything, hurts a lot l,down in my chest. On a one to ten ,THIS is a 9 ,thinking got to go to hospital, this is bad, and I only weigh,138 pounds,lost lot of weight, got hep c,,,,HIV, astma, and on and on with the things wrong with me, don't have any money to get mylanta,, maby I could ask my friend to get me some.
