Got Results Of Trichoscan. What Do The Values Signify?

i have the result of trichoscan , how do i know about my hair from this reading, i mean can i get set of values of trichoscan for at different stages of balding
analysed area (cm2) : 1.87
hair count : 234
hair density (1/ cm2) : 125.2
anagen (%) : 46.2
telogen (%) : 53.8
vellus hair dens(1 / cm2) : 5.9
terminal hair dens(1 / cm2) : 119.3
vellus hair : 11 (14%)
terminal hair : 223 (95.3 %)
doctor said to use a course which is way too costly , i need a suggestion , how to proceed now?????????

Welcome to healthcare magic
You have severe telogen effluvium. It is a hair loss pattern usually triggered by a physical illness like viral fever, typhoid fever, hepatitis, etc which you would have about 3 - 6 months prior to onset of hair fall or psychological stress.
It could also be due to underlying anaemia, thyroid abnormalities and after delivery.
You need to check your hemoglobin levels, serum ferritin levels and thyroid status and treat if its abnormal.
We treat this with vitamin supplements containing biotin, calcium pantothenate and minerals for a duration of atleast 3 months. Mesotherapy also helps.
