Grape Sized Growth On Left Testicle That Is Hard And Painful

I have a growth on my left testicle that is about the size of a grape. It s hard to the touch and slightly painful. It appeared overnight as soon as I took antibiotics for epididymittis. Should I be concerned? It wasn t on the ultrasound when they looked yesterday

Hi.
IT is good that you are already under cover.
This lump can occur due to typical anatomical situation - epididymis is in .
This can be a simple small collection of an abscess and do not worry as you are already under a cover of antibiotics.
IF it does not resolve within 3 to 5 days or is increasing in size or causing more pain and redness, please re-consult your Doctor or better to take a second opinion of Urologist, repeat sonography.
