I haven t used birth control pill since 18 month . Last regular period was nov 27
Hi, Thanks for the query. The tissue you mentioned could be endometrial tissue. Sometimes endometrial tissue can come out along with blood. If you are not having excessive blood loss and pain abdomen etc, no need to worry. If bleeding prolongs, once consult gynecologist and get evaluated. If she recommends go for ultrasound once. If endometrial thickness is corresponding to the day of the menstrual cycle, no need to worry. If any abnormality is noted in the endometrial thickness, treatment should be taken accordingly. As you didn't use any contraceptive method, possibility of pregnancy and miscarriage should also be ruled out. Ultrasound helps in ruling out the possibility of miscarriage. Take care.
