Greetings From Australia! On 30 September I Had Had A

Greetings from Australia!
On 30 September I had had a angiogram done and from the angio it was found I have three blockages of my main arteries. The Left heart valve being at 90 percent while the right and middle is 70 percent.
I have not experienced any chest discomfort since May (while I was mowing the lawn) but from time to time do get some minor short of breath (usually when walking up the stairs or steep footpaths). Today I feel a lot better than I have in years as I responded well to medication called Cordilox. I was also given a spray to use but have not needed to use this. I got an appointment next week to see a heart surgeon in order to discuss the options. I have no idea what to do as I really feel the best I felt since I was a teenager (I'm 46). I have been obese for many years and am diabetic. Both are under control today. Are there any natural medicines/ diets I can use in order to reverse these blockages?

Cheers,
ROB in Australia
