Grey Fluid Discharge From Penis When Sexually Excited. Trying For Baby

Hi, sir when I get excited my penis started discharging a kind of gluey fluid which is transparent before it reaches to its extreme level, and when it is(penis) solid it still continue to leakout the same fluid, due to which when I ejaculate while sex with my wife, the discharge semen comes out and does not stick inside her vagina , I am unsure if a single % of my discharged semen/ sperm meets an egg in vagina. Please help me out and guide me correctly as we both are trying for baby now

The clear transparent and sticky discharge from your erected penis when you are sexually excited is called as Precum or Prosemen. It is a gift or boon by nature. The passage of semen would be acidic due the residuals of urine and it is lethal to the sperms during transportation. To avoid the death of sperms, nature has this mechanism of a coating with this fluid inside your urethra transports safely all the sperms into vagina. It also lubricates the urethra for passage of semen and clears any unwanted waste. It is secreted by the glands in urethra and also by Cowper's gland near prostate gland.
All the semen ejaculated into vagina cannot be retained as cervix will open only during delivery and abortion. Only few drops will be able to enter and do facilitate the sperms to meet the ovum. Remaining semen after titrating the vaginal PH , will come out. It is all normal. So not to worry.
If you have not able to impregnate your wife even after 6 months of regular contact, then you and your wife consult your physician and get investigated and get treated if necessary.
