Groin And Hip Pain, Medication Not Helping. Undergone Partial Hysterectomy, Ovaries Present. Reason?

I have lower left side groin and hip pain. Has been ongoing for over a month. Have seen my Dr. and been seeing a chiropractor but nothing seems to help. I had a partial hysterectomy about 3 yrs ago but still have my ovaries. Also I switched jobs 3 months ago from a on the job running around - rarely sitting job to a full time desk or driving job.
Thank you
