Groin Area And Inner Thighs Black, Itchy. Kezrin Cream Ineffective. Remedy?

I am 24 year male. About 2 year ago i had some itching around my groin area and inner thighs. the entire area become black. i had some medicines from one skin specialist. itching gone but the black colour around that area remained. Now i am having the same itching again in the same area. I consulted a doctor for removing the black colour earlier and he gave me a cream( Kezrin Cream - ketoconazole cream). but it didnt worked.
Can you please tell me how to remove this black colour and itching..

As you are suffering from Tinea cruris . it needs longer duration treatment.
on the regular treatment it will about 6 to 8 week to be clear.
Usually the following drugs are effective
Topically Clobetasone , Clotrimazole
Orally Fluconazole , Griseofulvin
For itching Levocetrizine
You can consult to a doctor for the treatment plan.
