Group Of Small Reddish Brown Circles On Stomach, Not Itchy Or Raised. What Could They Be?

I have a a group of small reddish brown circles on my stomach . They appeared within the last 48 hours. I have eczema ....but this is not itchy nor raised. What do you think it might be? Of the 5 circles the largest is 1/6 of an inch ...(the size of a kernel of corn). They are slightly sensitive to the touch...almost bruised feeling.

Hi the reddish brown circles on the abdomen without itching can be pityriasis rosasea.it is a viral infection.it is preceded by bacterial sorethroat .cough and sneezing.the typical lesions of the disease are herald patches which are round erythematous patches with scaling in the centre.of the patches is bigger which is called mother patch.
Actually it is self limiting disease .but it may take along time.use of althrocin 500mg twice daily for seven days.and application of calamine llotion in the morning and flutivate
Ointment in the night can cure it
