Hello welcome to health care magic Thanks for your query. Causes of enlarged uterus commonly are Fibroids and Adenomyosis. Birth control pills and an intrauterine device (IUD) containing progesterone may help decrease heavy bleeding. Younger women with severe symptoms may need a hysterectomy to relieve symptoms.
For your problem you might also need to check your hemoglobin to give supplements if hemoglobin is low.
Consult gynecologist and take further suggestions wish you a good health thank you Dr Kidev. S
