HI, Today Is My 16th Day After I Diagnosed With

HI,
Today is my 16th day after I diagnosed with Covid, I was hospitalized and got discharged after 5 days.
Today I have taken Chest Xray as I have a follow up meeting with Doctor.
The report say'' There is illdefined inhomogeneous haziness noted in right hilar and paracardiac region s/0 patchy pneumonitis'' what does this mean.
At present I do not have any complaints.
