HPT Negative, Doctor Prescribed Cycle Norm E And P, No Period Yet. What Should I Do?
i had my last menstrual period on 2 Aug. on 18 Sep.,i took a pregnency test and result was negative,then i cunsult with doctor, she gave me cycle norm E and P, i took it for 3 days but till on 23rd Sep. i have not got my period. please confirm me what are doing on this situation.
Hi, Thanks for the query. Cycle norm e and is a combined hormonal pill. Intake of these pills can lead to withdrawal bleeding. But sometimes it may take 7 to 10 days to get the withdrawal bleeding. So, wait for few more days. Possibly by that you will get the bleeding. If you do not get withdrawal bleeding even after 10 days, consult your doctor once and get evaluated. Go for ultrasound, thyroid profile, hemoglobin levels etc. With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated. Take care.
