HSG Shows Open Right Fallopian Tube Open, Spine Blocking The View Of Left Tube, Equal Pressure On Both Sides When Dye Pushed Through. Opinion?
i had an hsg done and you can clearly see the right fallopian tube is open, on the left side you can see some spillage but on the x-ray it looks like my spine or something is blocking the view of my left fallopian tube. When the Dr pushed the dye though, I could feel equal pressure on both sides. Does it mean both tubes are open?
Hello, Thanks for posting your query. On clinical basis just by knowing that you were having equal pressure on both sides when dye was pushed is difficult to say, that left tube is patent. It is better to get a repeat HSG done to get a better view. Take care
