Hello
welcome to health care magic
To become pregnant,,both husband and wife should be normal..you didn't mention your husband status,,,
His semen should contain at least 1 lakh motile sperms that too of normal motility..
1st do semen analysis test for your partner,,if it comes normal..
Then do hormonal studies like thyroid profile(for you)..and also prolactin levels..
imbalance in these hormones also leads to infertility..
Consult infertility specialist for further suggestions and guidelines..
Hope you will conceive soon
Thank you

OBGYN Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since your periods are overdue, pregnancy is likely. But the pregnancy test is negative. It is 97% accurate. You can get your serum beta HCG tested to be more sure. In case it is also negative then the delay is due to a hormonal imbalance.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Regards,
