OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. HUCOG 5000 is human chorionic gonadotropin hormone and duphastone is progesterone. Both are given to support the pregnancy in case of threatened abortion, bleeding in the fetal membranes (subchorionic hemorrhage etc), recurrent abortions etc.
In my opinion, your doctor might have started these drugs due to some reason. These drugs are safe in pregnancy.
Hope this answers your question.
Wishing you good health.
