Habit Of Picking Toenail. Treatment For Growing Back?
I ve picked at my toenail so much there is very little nail left. When it starts to grow back, the dry dead part snags on my socks and pulls it back off the nail bed. Are there any treatments to help it grow back? I keep it covered so I won t mess with it. The glue-on type of nails help cosmetically but I m afraid it will take off already thin layers.

Growing back of nails can be with iron and biotin supplementation.we can also use naillacquers for nail growth
