Had 5 Laparoscopies For Extreme Pelvic Pain, Painful Periods With Back Pain. What Is The Solution?

I am having extreme pelvic pain and have very painful periods, along with low back pain. The pain travels down my legs as well. I basically have one good week a month. I have been in pain since I was 11 years old, which was before I started having periods. I have had 5 laproscopies with no success. The pain has caused me to become very depressed and unable to function daily with any consistency. What would you suggest as a possible solution to this pain?

Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion you are suffering from dysmenorrhea which is a very common problem among women like you and mostly it will go away after marriage but in some people it will still persists. No usg can find the cause because it is harmone related. I suggest you to take mefenemic acid at the time of pain. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
