Had 5 Days Of Azithromycin 2 Weeks Ago For Abscessed

Had 5 days of Azithromycin 2 weeks ago for abscessed tooth with root canal. Still have abscess. Extraction scheduled for 2 weeks from now, but not on antibiotics at present. Today woke up with both ears stopped up; tonight just the ear on same side as tooth abscess. No pain. I take Terbinafine and Meloxicam each once a day. Also lots of pollen allergy this week with runny nose and sneezing only while working outdoors; sinuses seem clear otherwise; no trouble breathing. Should I see my GP or my oral surgeon about ear?
