Hi.
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You are having coronary artery disease treated by angioplasty with placement of stent in 2008 and diabetes.

Your gas problem can be due to acid peptic disorder but as you have history of angioplasty 5 year back and diabetic it would be advisable to get a ECG first to see it is not due to Ischemic problem.

Your Fasting blood sugar is 140 mg% kindly check PPBS and HbA1c which help in improving control of diabetes.
If ECG is normal then it may be due to Acid peptic disorder of drug induced which are commonly used like aspirin, clopidogrel. metformin.

You should see both a cardiologist and Gastroenterologist, a Endoscopy with test for H.Pylori may be done and treatment would depend on cause.
Proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole may be prescribed to you.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
Good Luck.
