Had Aortic Valve Replacement. Having Severe Dizzy Spell With A Irony Taste In Mouth. Need Advise?

Hi doctor, i had a Aortic Valve replacement two years ago ( metal valve ) 2011 November, the recovery was slow i have since returned to near perfect health, except on occasions when i bend down to pick up or do gardening i get a severe dizzy spell with a irony taste in my mouth, and i have to hold on to something to steady myself until it passes is very worrying. I need some advice
Thank You

Dear Sir
Thanks for writing to us.
The likely cause for dizziness on bending may be related to a pathology of spine in your neck region (cervical spine) or it may be related to degenerative changes in your inner area (area involved in normal balancing mechanisms).
It would be prudent to consult a neurophysician. In the meantime avoid extreme and rapid movements of neck.
Sincerely
